COVID 19 Operations at RPC
As per the March 1, 2022 provincial update, masks are no longer mandatory to be worn in public spaces.
Being that we are a healthcare facility, we have decided to be a mask friendly facility. Masks are not mandatory, though we do encourage mask wearing because we cannot socially distance between staff and patients for the entire duration of your appointment. All staff will be wearing masks as well.
Last but not least, we are still asking you to stay home if you are not feeling well, and to please notify our staff if you need to cancel an appointment due to illness or a close contact, etc.
Thank you so much for your ongoing understanding and support!
Before Your Appointment
When you book your appointment, you will be sent an email with an intake form to complete online. You can select which kind of appointment reminder you would like (email or text).
On the day of your appointment, please come prepared for your appointment with your payment method or health insurance billing information. It is best to dress in comfortable clothing you can move in for your session. If your are getting your knee, hip or shoulder assessed, then short sleeved clothing will be best for a therapist to see the area of complaint and to be able to assess it.

Direct payment
Individual's not eligible for coverage outlined above and don’t have coverage under a health benefits plan, will need to pay for treatment directly.
Athletic Therapy Services
In Alberta, several insurance companies have already realized the benefits of including Athletic Therapy services.
